Data and analysis code for: Quantifying interleaflet coupling of phase behavior and observing anti-registered phases in asymmetric lipid bilayers

This deposit contains the processed single-vesicle exchange data and Mathematica analysis notebook supporting the manuscript "Quantifying interleaflet coupling of phase behavior and observing anti-registered phases in asymmetric lipid bilayers" by Kennison-Cook, Cooper, and Heberle, submitted to Biophysical Journal. Three CSV files contain per-aGUV outer-leaflet exchange fractions, phase phenotypes, and exchange modes (entry/exit) for aGUVs prepared by calcium-induced hemifusion in two lipid systems (DPPC/14:1-PC/Chol and DPPC/16:1-PC/Chol). The Mathematica notebook aGUV_coupled_distributions_fitting.nb reads these CSVs and performs the coupled-distributions fits reported in the manuscript, returning values of ε*, λ, and σ for each dataset. Full documentation, including column definitions and instructions for reproducing the analysis, is in the included README.txt.
