SGUFT G-closure V21 (INFO1): Adjudicable Exterior-Algebra Inequalities — Relative-Entropy DPI and GSL Monotonicity under a Frozen 2×4 Regularization/Cutoff Matrix (RUN_G_INFO_0001_INFO1)

This record archives SGUFT G-closure layer V21 (INFO1), an adjudicable (PASS/FAIL) evidence package for exterior-algebra information-theoretic constraints. The layer freezes a 2×4 matrix (two regularization families × four cutoffs) and evaluates (i) a discrete data-processing (coarse-graining) monotonicity check for relative-entropy proxies, and (ii) a generalized-entropy (GSL-type) monotonicity check along evolution steps. Outputs report auditable residuals per adapter together with cutoff-convergence diagnostics; adjudication depends only on outputs plus audit/manifest under frozen thresholds (eps=2e−3). Explanatory notes and external comparisons are excluded from adjudication.
