Dataset for the Scoping Review of Land Surface Phenology in Tropical Savannas (2000–2026)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the synthesis matrix developed for the scoping review entitled Land Surface Phenology in Tropical Savannas: A Scoping Review. It compiles data extracted from 72 peer-reviewed studies published between 2000 and 2026 that investigate Land Surface Phenology (LSP) in tropical savanna ecosystems using remote sensing approaches. The dataset includes bibliographic information, study location, vegetation type, satellite sensors, vegetation indices, time-series characteristics, preprocessing and smoothing methods, phenological metrics, environmental drivers, validation approaches, and other methodological attributes extracted through a standardized data extraction protocol. The synthesis matrix was developed to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and consistency throughout the review process. The dataset is intended to support evidence synthesis, bibliometric analyses, methodological comparisons, and future meta-analyses on vegetation phenology and remote sensing in tropical savannas. It may also serve as a reference for researchers interested in the evolution of LSP methodologies, sensor applications, and phenological metric extraction across different tropical savanna regions.
