Algoriphagus halophilus strain:SOCE003 Genome sequencing

A strain of Algoriphagus halophilus was detected in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The metagenome was obtained by sequencing after isolation and purification. Due to the high yield of astaxanthin by Algoriphagus halophilus, the strain would be activated and cultured during the project. The optimal culture conditions for the fermentation of astaxanthin by Algoriphagus halophilus were studied from the aspects of culture temperature, salinity, culture speed, pH of the medium, carbon and nitrogen source of the medium, etc. Orthogonal optimization method was used to determine the optimal fermentation parameters of astaxanthin production, which laid a theoretical foundation for practical production.
