本数据集由成都理工大学地质灾害防治与地质环境保护国家重点实验室创建,专注于中子与伽马射线脉冲形状鉴别。数据集包含原始及噪声增强的中子与伽马射线脉冲信号,以及多种脉冲形状鉴别算法的源代码,旨在评估这些算法在不同噪声条件下的性能。创建过程中使用了241AmBe同位素中子源和EJ299-33塑料闪烁体,通过数字示波器采集信号。该数据集广泛应用于粒子物理、核物理、气象学、天文学及原子反应堆监测等领域,以提高中子检测的准确性。
This dataset was created by the State Key Laboratory of Geohazard Prevention and Geoenvironment Protection, Chengdu University of Technology, focusing on neutron and gamma-ray pulse shape discrimination. It contains both raw and noise-augmented neutron and gamma-ray pulse signals, as well as source codes of multiple pulse shape discrimination algorithms, aiming to evaluate the performance of these algorithms under different noise conditions. During its creation, a ²⁴¹AmBe isotope neutron source and an EJ299-33 plastic scintillator were used, and signals were collected via a digital oscilloscope. This dataset is widely applied in fields including particle physics, nuclear physics, meteorology, astronomy, and nuclear reactor monitoring to improve the accuracy of neutron detection.
