Gene expression changes in different clones of SAMHD1 knock-out (KO) cells grown in 3D structures (spheroids)

To explore the mechanisms underlying SAMHD1 effect on breast cancer prognosis whole transciptome profiling was performed in WT and in different clones of SAMHD1-KO breast cancer cell line (T47D cells) grown in spheroids. Spheroids represents better the tumor microenvironment. Overall design: Gene expression changes in SAMHD1 knock-out cell line grown in spheroids. 2 different clones of SAMHD1-KO cells were analysed; for WT and KO-clone A1, 4 different replicates and for KO-clone A2, two replicates.
