Residential area per capita (m²)
收藏资源简介:
The per capita residential area is the number of square metres that, on average, is occupied for the residential function. This is the ratio between the area of residential land and the number of inhabitants. The residential plots correspond to the plots of houses, apartments, gardens, vegetable gardens, garages, courtyards, presbyters, castles... These are therefore plots that welcome the dwellings, but also their built and unbuilt annexes. From the situation on 01/01/2018, the area values of the Walloon municipalities used for the calculation of the indicators are the new areas provided by the FPS Finances/Cadastre. The areas come from the FPS Finance’s CADGIS system, which establishes using the latest measurement techniques and gives a more accurate picture of the actual area of the administrative units. For more information, see the metadata sheet.
