The files at 14/3050-60 contain correspondence concerning the payment of fees, notifications of transfer of ownership of pastoral runs, and lists of appraisements on runs. Those at 14/4447-67 consist of applications for leases, notifications of transfer of leases. schedules of appeal against the valuation of leases in the Land Appeal Court and copies of decisions of Local Land Boards on applications for leases. These files are in poor condition, with many pages torn and faded. The majority of these files originated in the Occupation of Crown Lands Branch of the Department of Mines.
