Enhanced Sensitivity of Cervical Cancer Detection Using Highly Methylated Haplotypes (HMH)

This project investigates DNA methylation profiles in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions using a novel haplotype-based approach called Highly Methylated Haplotypes (HMH). By applying next-generation sequencing to specific genes (CA10, DPP10, FMN2, HAS1), the study shows improved sensitivity in detecting cancer DNA in cervical samples. This work could enhance the effectiveness of non-invasive cancer diagnostics, especially in early-stage disease.
