Alberto Orta etal 2021: coverage data for 60 rat genomes

Coverage data from 60 re-sequenced rat genomes from the following work: Rats exhibit age-related mosaic loss of chromosome Y. Work by Alberto Orta, Diego Cortez and colleagues. The dataset contains two types of data for each of the 60 genomes: one with the normalized coverage (median values of 10,000 nucleotides long; normalized by sequencing depth) and a file containing the log2 ratios of old/young coverage data (median values of 10,000 nucleotides long). To avoid an error that comes from calculating log2 ratios of negative values, we recommend to add the value of 4 (minimum value in the dataset) to the normalized coverage data before performing the log2 ratios of old versus young normalized coverage values.
