Evolution of Ukrainian Parliamentarism in Wartime Conditions

The article is dedicated to examining the evolution of Ukrainian parliamentarism during wartime. It analyzes changes in the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, particularly the increase in the number and duration of plenary sessions, and the prioritization of economic, legal, and Euro-integration issues. The article also considers the preservation of the constitutional status of the parliament and its key role in the regulatory framework of the state during the war. The conclusions emphasize the adaptability and resilience of the parliament under extraordinary conditions.
