This report summarises exploration activity on EPM 27022 held by Mawson Queensland Pty Ltd from 26 March 2019 to 25 March 2024. Mawson explored for large iron oxide copper gold and Broken Hill type, Ag Zn Pb BHT Cannington-style deposits within EPM 27022, and continues to explore in other tenements south of Cloncurry. Basement rocks are not exposed in the project area. Hence exploration is driven by geophysics. Mawson completed airborne magnetic and ground gravity surveys in EPM 27022, both co-funded by a successful CEI grant in 2019. However no compelling drill targets were identified. As a consequence the tenement was surrendered upon expiry.
