Transcriptome sequencing of orf113b and orf146 transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana

We cultivated transgenic Arabidopsis of AP3::MTS:orf113b, AP3::MTS:orf146, AP3::orf113b, AP3::orf146, 35S::orf113b, and 35S::orf146. APETALA3 (AP3) is an anther-specific promoter in Arabidopsis, CaMV35S (35S) is a constitutive promoter, and the mitochondrial targeting sequence (MTS) uses the first 1-165bp sequence of the fertility restoration gene Rfo (Genbank Accession: LOC108827691) from rapeseed Ogu CMS.
