AWBZ care with stay; age and gender, 2004-2009

This table shows the number and percentage of persons who received care with residence during the reporting year, whose costs are borne by the AWBZ (General Act on Special Medical Expenses) and for which an own contribution has to be paid. The number of recording days in the reporting year was also given. The figures are broken down by type of institution, age and gender. Data available from 2004 to 2009 Status of the figures: The figures are final. Amendments as of 19 September 2013: None, this table has been discontinued. When will there be new figures? At the beginning of 2014, new tables will be introduced with data on indication and use of AWBZ and/or Wmo care.
