Supplementary Data for RNA-seq Analysis of Media-Dependent Gene Expression in CHO-K1 Cells

This repository contains the supplementary datasets supporting MSc Biopharmaceutical Engineering Project 32 investigating media-dependent transcriptomic differences between Chinese hamster ovary (CHO-K1) cells cultured in G13 and CD DA1 media. The datasets were generated using a Galaxy-based RNA-seq workflow and include Gene Ontology (GO) Biological Process enrichment results, lists of differentially expressed protein-coding genes, volcano plot data, normalised and variance-stabilised gene expression counts, and significant GO enrichment terms. These files provide the supporting data referenced throughout the thesis and are supplied to promote transparency, reproducibility.
