The dataset is composed of phase analysis data, structural analysis data, and desulfurization performance data from the performance testing section.I. Instruments and test conditions used for phase analysis data XRD: Cu Kα radiation, wavelength 0.154 nm, tube voltage 40 kV, tube current 40 mA, scanning range 5°–40°, scanning rate 4°/min, step size 0.02°, and retention time 0.2 s.SEM: Hitachi SU 8010 field emission scanning electron microscope (Japan).TEM: JEOL JEM 2100F high-resolution transmission electron microscope (Japan) was used to observe the microstructure of the catalyst.FT-IR: A Thermo Fisher Scientific Nicolet iS50 Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to analyze the infrared absorption characteristics of the samples. The potassium bromide pellet method was applied, with a scanning range of 400 cm⁻¹–4000 cm⁻¹, resolution of 4 cm⁻¹, and 32 scans performed.N₂ isothermal adsorption-desorption: A Quantachrome Autosorb-IQ2-MP fully automatic static physical adsorption analyzer (USA) was used to determine the textural properties of the zeolite. The specific surface area of the zeolite was calculated using the BET equation, and the pore size distribution was obtained using the DFT method. UV-vis: An Agilent Cary 5000 solid UV-visible spectrometer was employed to study the presence form of titanium species in titanium silicalite. Polytetrafluoroethylene was used as a reference, with a scanning range of 200 nm–800 nm.XPS: A Thermo Fisher Scientific ESCALAB 250Xi+ X-ray photoelectron spectrometer was used to analyze the chemical valence states of surface elements on titanium silicalite. The X-ray source was Al Kα (1486.7 eV), with a pass energy of 20 eV, dwell time of 50 ms, and step size of 0.05 eV. The spectra were calibrated by referencing the C1s binding energy at 284.8 eV.
