Transcriptome analysis of Athyrium yokosecense under high Cd condition

Athyrium yokoscense, a fern species indigenous to eastern Asia, shows strong tolerance to Cd exposure even under as high as tens of times compared with ordinary plants in maximum. To know the mechanism of tolerance to Cd in A. yokoscense, we performed RNA-seq analysis of its roots and shoots treated with/without Cd exposure using three biological replications, respectively.
