We report that eight gene products were downregulated in PA4 and PA16 PDX models by BET inhibitor JQ1 + gemcitabine, compared to vehicle controls. Overall design: We sought to determine the efficacy of the BET inhibitor JQ1 + gemcitabine in preclinical models of PDAC, and to identify gene products that may contribute to the efficacy of this combination. We used RNA-seq to identify gene products whose expression was inhibited by JQ1 + gemcitabine, compared to controls.
