Data and code for narrowed yet persistent city-level disparities in China's PM2.5 decline
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the processed data and source code associated with the study “Narrowed yet persistent city-level disparities in China’s decade-long PM2.5 decline.” The dataset includes city lists and geographic coordinates for 337 Chinese cities, decadal observed city-level PM2.5 concentrations, meteorology-normalized city-level PM2.5 concentrations, PM2.5 control-effectiveness assessment results for 2015–2025, and vigintile-bin data used for Fig. 5. The repository also provides the Python source code used to quantify anthropogenic-control and meteorological contributions to PM2.5 decline, together with a Hangzhou CSV example input file and a README file describing the data structure and input requirements. Raw air quality data were obtained from the China Air Quality Historical Data archive maintained by QuotSoft, and meteorological variables were obtained from ERA5 reanalysis datasets through the Copernicus Climate Data Store. This study did not generate any new materials.
