VPRS 3914 Objections to Regulations

This series was found as an estray in Lands Department correspondence records. It has been tentatively identified as having been written by G K Sircom who was a member of the office staff of the Board of Education.The series consists of a handwritten document outlining objections of the writer to the regulations of the Board ( see VPRS 57 Regulations) pursuant to the Common Schools Act. Objections are made under the headings of Allowances for schools and the payment of salaries, Fees, Training schools, Inspection of schools and the course of secular instruction, Examination and classification of teachers and Local Committees.
