Genome and annotation files for Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates PA38, PA117 and PA128 and bacteriophages DiSu1, DiSu2 and DiSu6

This dataset contains genome sequence and annotation files associated with the manuscript entitled “The exoU/exoS dichotomy extends to bacteriophage resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis isolates: defence systems and lytic phage genomics”. The dataset includes assembled genome sequence and annotation files for three Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis isolates, PA38, PA117 and PA128, and genome sequence and annotation files for three lytic Pseudomonas bacteriophages, DiSu1, DiSu2 and DiSu6. The bacterial draft genomes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates PA38, PA117 and PA128 were submitted to NCBI GenBank under BioProject accession number PRJNA1457978. The complete genome sequences of bacteriophages DiSu1, DiSu2 and DiSu6 were submitted to GenBank under accession numbers PZ362515, PZ362514 and PZ362513, respectively. High-resolution supplementary figures showing genus and species determination of DiSu1, DiSu2 and DiSu6 are also included, together with a separate supplementary figure legend file.
