T. Bryosalmonae Transcriptome Assembly Fasta Files

This repository contains the intersect transcriptome of the myxozoan parasite <i>Tetracapsuloides bryosalmonae </i>isolated from two hosts; Bryozoan and Rainbow Trout. <br>The transcriptome of <i>T. brysosalmonae </i>was assembled separately from each host, and then all transcripts present in both assemblies (as determined by reciprocal blast) were identified to form the "Intersect transcriptome".<br>For more details on the materials and methods, please refer to the publication. <br>For completeness, we have also included the transcriptome assemblies used at all stages of analysis as follows:invert_intersect.fa - final intersect transcriptome fish_derived_contigs.fa - assembly of all reads from Fish hostfish_filtered.fa - assembly of reads from Fish host after filtering with fish genomes.invert_all.fa - assembly of all reads from Bryozoan hostinvert_filtered.fa - assembly of reads from Bryozoan host after filtering with <i>T. bryosalmonae </i>draft genome<br>
