资源简介:

A meta-EWAS was conducted on 4 samples of cases with SCZ versus controls. The original samples are described in Tesfaye et al. (PMID: 38503926). For the data presented here samples were removed from the TOP samples as they were later tested for PMS and long term outcomes. The final dataset included 1,147 cases and 1,434 controls and is a meta-analysis from the TOP, the UCL, the Aberdeen and the IoPPN datasets, see Tesfaye et al. for description and information about access to datasets. Summary statistics contain Probe and cohorts info Probe ID: Illumination EPICv1 probes ID N cohorts: number of cohorts incluced in the meta-analysis per probe Fixed effects model All_Effect_Fixed — pooled effect size estimate under the fixed-effect model (e.g. mean difference, OR, beta) All_Effect_SE_Fixed — standard error of that fixed-effect estimate All_P_Fixed — p-value testing whether the fixed-effect pooled estimate differs from zero Random effects model All_Effect_Random — pooled effect size under the random-effects model (accounts for between-study variance) All_Effect_SE_Random — standard error of the random-effects estimate All_P_Random — p-value for the random-effects pooled estimate Heterogeneity All_tau — τ (tau): the estimated standard deviation of the true effect distribution across studies; the square root of τ², the between-study variance All_I2 — I²: proportion of total variability attributable to between-study heterogeneity rather than sampling error (0–100%) All_Q — Cochran's Q statistic: the weighted sum of squared deviations of individual study effects from the pooled estimate All_Het_P — p-value for the Q test; tests the null hypothesis that all studies share a common true effect (i.e. no heterogeneity)
