We sequenced and analysed 98 Campylobacter isolates from Bangladesh. Using our RC bioinformatics workflow, implemented in Snakemake and Python and deployed on the Terra platform, we identified several previously unrecognised genomic clusters not present among publicly available genomes. The workflow applies Hug protein typing, a computationally efficient and broadly applicable method that enables consistent sub-species level clustering across all Campylobacter species. These data expand the genomic representation of Campylobacter and provide a resource for investigating population structure, surveillance, and emerging lineages in this important human pathogen.
