Whole genome analysis of clonal strains of B.miyamotoi

Borrelia are arthropod-borne spirochetes and some of them are causative agents of relapsing fever and Lyme diseases. To analyze the antigenic variation in mice, in this project, we determined whole genome sequencing of clonal strains of MYK2 A9 and MYK4 C8.
