Evolutionary engineering and transcriptomic analysis of a coniferyl aldehyde-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain

The aim of this study was to develop coniferyl aldehyde-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae mutants by using evolutionary engineering and to characterize the selected mutants at phenotypic, genomic and transcriptomic levels.
