Analysis-ready datasets and complete analysis code for the study "Development and External Validation of a Multi-dimensional Inflammation–Metabolism–Nutrition Composite Index (MICI) for Predicting All-Cause Mortality in Adults with Chronic Kidney Disease: A Prospective Cohort Study from NHANES 2003–2018". Contents:- 05_Data: analysis-ready cohort files (derivation 2003–2012; temporal validation 2013–2018), variable codebook, and z-standardisation parameters (means, SDs, PCA loadings, quartile cut-points estimated in the derivation cohort only).- 06_Code: complete R analysis pipeline (survey-weighted Cox models, external validation, competing-risk descriptive analysis, sensitivity analyses including multiple imputation, and all figures/tables).
