Systematic identification of altered genes downstream of PRMT6. Platform used - Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression v3 8x60K microarray kit. BEL7402 cells were transduced with lentivirus containing either non-target control (NTC) or shPRMT6 (clone 956) and stable pooled clones were selected by puromycin selection. Cells were harvested for RNA extraction by Qiagen kit.
