?The objectives of this study were 1) to reveal the bacterial community compositions in the carrot rhizosphere soil of maize and carrot rotation, he no-rhizosphere soil of maize and carrot rotation, the carrot rhizosphere soil of consecutive cropping carrot, the no-rhizosphere soil of consecutive cropping of carrot. 2) to analysis which are the dominant strains in the bacterial community structures. 3) to compare the difference/similarity of bacterial communities among the samples.
