List of persons who, on the basis of a confiscation order, have not returned the service card

In order to protect people and property and legal transactions pursuant to Article 37(3) of the Private Security Act (ZZasV-1), the competent authority shall publish on its website a list of persons (name and surname of the holder of the official card and no of the service card) who, on the basis of a decision to withdraw or after the expiry of the validity of the card, have not returned the official card to the competent authority.
