The objective of this study was to analyze the protective effect of the pseudorabies virus delgE/gI/TK strain on intracranial infected mice through transcriptomics. In order to achieve this, a mouse model of intracranial PRV infection was established. Subsequently, the brains of intracranial challenge mice, intracranial challenge mice after immunization with the vaccine, and control mice were sequenced using transcriptome analysis.
