运输车辆碳排放量实时监测模型

结合河南省道路运输车辆通行动态及静态大数据，研究基于车辆实际运行状态及使用情况的精细化碳排放核算方法及监测模型，实时计算在线运营车辆碳排放量，实时监测道路运输领域全样本、全口径的碳排放量。By leveraging dynamic and static big data on road transport vehicles in Henan Province, this work develops refined carbon emission accounting methods and monitoring models based on the actual operating status and usage conditions of vehicles, supporting real-time calculation of carbon emissions for online operating vehicles and real-time monitoring of full-sample and full-scope carbon emissions in the road transport sector.
