Project-related development plan “Wohnhaus Lehmann” Dignifiedhain

In the FNP there are residential areas on the northern side of the Röderstraße (now — An der Alten Röder). The project-related development plan aims to create the planning requirements for the construction of a 1-storey residential building with attic expansion. The planned area covers approximately 1 700 m². At the same time, the project-related development plan forms the basis for the implementation of the project and development plan.
