Explaining the gender gap in negotiation performance: Social network ties outweigh internal barriers. Journal of Social Issues, 79(1), 50-78. Data from MBA students in a managerial negotiations class including a measure of performance across 5 distributive negotiations with randomly assigned opponents; demographic variables (gender, age, race); self-reported psychological measures (propensity to initiate negotiations, ten item personality inventory, gender-negotiation stereotype threat concerns, negotiation stress and stress mindset); and social networks from the negotiations class (network centrality as well as raw nomination/tie strength data).
