Here we performed in depth epigenome sequencing and analysis to study the mechanism of high mortality rate of ICH in rat brain. It reveals a systematical transcription activation of mRNA genes enriched in inflammation and immune responses. These genes are clustered to specific genomic loci and regulated by repressive and activation chromatin markers. We show that epigenetic reprogramming responding to ICH in old rat brains differs greatly from that in the adult.
本研究通过深度表观基因组测序与分析,探究大鼠脑内出血(Intracerebral Hemorrhage, ICH)的高致死率发病机制。研究揭示了富集于炎症与免疫应答通路的mRNA基因发生系统性转录激活;此类基因聚集于特定基因组位点,并受抑制性与激活性染色质标记调控。本研究证实,老年大鼠脑内针对ICH的表观遗传重编程过程,与成年大鼠存在显著差异。
