Expression microarray analyses was used to analyze 35 LSCC with reference sample of 5 normal tissue. A quality control filter was applied based on Feature Extraction flags (empty spaces replacing values) Experiment condition, 35 LSCC and 5 normal laryngeal tissue samples obtained from total laryngectomies were laleled with Cy3 all samples were mixed and hybridized at slide glasses Agilent 8x60k platform.
