Supplementary data for the Publication "Pelagic methane sink enhanced by benthic methanotrophs ejected from a gas seep"

This directory contains data of the sampled water column stations (e.g., position, date) and the thereby obtained pelagic methane-related biogeochemical parameters (e.g., methane concentration and oxidation rates, cell abundances) as well as the calculated vertical-inventories. In addition, the output from the Lagrangian particle-tracking model, which was used to calculate bulk-estimates of the MOB distribution after their ejection from the gas bubble seep “Blowout” into the water column, is included.
