SuXXES Event Logs: Synthetic and ERP-Based Process Data with Integrated Sustainability Data

This dataset contains four event logs showcasing the application of SuXXES, an extension of the XES standard that integrates sustainability-related attributes into event logs. The event logs cover diverse scenarios to illustrate both synthetic and real-world use cases: Synthetic Production Process Event LogA fully simulated event log generated with Python (SimPy, PM4Py), modeling a simplified wooden chair production process enriched with sustainability aspects. This event log serves as an exemplary use case for representing sustainability information within event data. ERP-Based Event LogsThree event logs extracted from a real SAP S/4HANA system, demonstrating the application of SuXXES on realistic process data with inherent variability and complexity. Each event log includes authentic ERP transactions generated through playing ERPsim and enriched with sustainability attributes. These logs represent the core business processes of a fictional muesli production company: Procure-to-Pay, Make-to-Stock, and Order-to-Cash. All logs comply with the IEEE 1849-2023 XES standard, validated against the official XML schema, and assessed for data quality. This dataset is particularly suited for research in process mining, with a focus on sustainability analysis.
