ADR1D and WQP-NM-Nutrients: A Reproducible Contaminant-Transport Benchmark and Curated Water-Quality Snapshot

This dataset release combines two separate and complementary resources for data-driven studies of contaminant transport and water quality. ADR1D is a synthetic one-dimensional analytical benchmark containing 300 transport scenarios, complete space-time concentration fields, fixed scenario-level partitions, and noisy virtual-sensor observations. WQP-NM-Nutrients is a provenance-preserving snapshot of 9,932 publicly accessible nutrient observations from streams in New Mexico retrieved from the Water Quality Portal on July 14, 2026. The components are distributed as six documented CSV files and must not be interpreted as observations from the same physical or statistical system. CC BY 4.0 applies only to author-generated ADR1D data and original documentation. WQP-derived records retain their source-provider provenance and are subject to the rights described in the deposited LICENSE.
