Processed scRNA-seq and Visium spatial transcriptomics of mouse choroid plexus in stroke and sham conditions

This Zenodo record provides processed single-cell RNA-seq and Visium spatial transcriptomics data from mouse choroid plexus. It includes 10x-format count matrices (barcodes.tsv.gz, features.tsv.gz, matrix.mtx.gz) with per-cell/per-spot metadata (cell_metadata.csv) for scRNA-seq (46,240 cells; 20,916 genes) and spatial data (7,872 spots; 15,059 genes), as well as high-resolution tissue images for two spatial libraries (hires_M3_1.png, hires_WT1.png).
