通过采集、分析中高压电器产业中各企业在中压断路器及其分支技术领域的专利数据总量和各分支技术领域的占比,可用于了解中压断路器领域专利分布情况。通过与基准值进行对比,可以了解各企业在中压断路器领域各技术分支的技术创新能力、创新水平差异,为企业研发决策、专利布局等活动提供参考。算法规则包括以下几个方面:1.数据采集:查找和整理中高压电气产业企业,通过国家知识产权局和第三方知识产权检索网站以及本公司自建专利数据库,对企业在中压断路器领域专利数量进行采集,根据专利的创新点差异,分为不同的分支技术领域,包括触头灭弧系统、壳体结构、操作机构、智能控制模块、绝缘件模块、传动系统、其他模块。2.数据处理:计算得到各企业的专利总数X,触头灭弧系统专利数量/专利总数X=触头灭弧系统专利在专利总量中的占比,壳体结构专利数量/专利总数X=壳体结构专利的占比,操作机构专利数量/专利总数X=操作机构专利的占比,智能控制模块专利数量/专利总数X=智能控制模块专利的占比,绝缘件模块专利数量/专利总数X=绝缘件模块专利的占比,传动系统专利数量/专利总数X=传动系统专利的占比,其他模块专利数量/专利总数X=其他模块专利的占比。

By collecting and analyzing the total number of patent documents and the proportion of patents in each sub-technical field of enterprises in the medium-voltage circuit breaker domain within the medium- and high-voltage electrical industry, this dataset can be used to gain insights into the patent distribution in the medium-voltage circuit breaker field. By comparing with benchmark values, it can help understand the technological innovation capabilities and differences in innovation levels of enterprises across various technical sub-fields of medium-voltage circuit breakers, providing references for enterprise R&D decision-making, patent layout and other related activities. The algorithm rules include the following aspects: 1. Data Collection: Identify and sort out enterprises in the medium- and high-voltage electrical industry, collect the number of patents held by these enterprises in the medium-voltage circuit breaker domain via the National Intellectual Property Administration, third-party intellectual property retrieval websites, and the company’s self-built patent database. Classify the patents into different sub-technical fields based on their innovation points, including contact arc-extinguishing system, housing structure, operating mechanism, intelligent control module, insulating part module, transmission system, and other modules. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the total number of patents X for each enterprise. Then compute the proportion of each sub-technical field as follows: the proportion of patents in the contact arc-extinguishing system = (number of patents in contact arc-extinguishing system) / X; the proportion of patents in the housing structure = (number of patents in housing structure) / X; the proportion of patents in the operating mechanism = (number of patents in operating mechanism) / X; the proportion of patents in the intelligent control module = (number of patents in intelligent control module) / X; the proportion of patents in the insulating part module = (number of patents in insulating part module) / X; the proportion of patents in the transmission system = (number of patents in transmission system) / X; the proportion of patents in other modules = (number of patents in other modules) / X.
