The Democratic, Moral and Socio-Economic Value of the Commercial Bar/Commercial Litigation

Her Honour discusses the moral role of the Commercial Bar in governing commercial behaviour. Her Honour also discusses the socio-economic contributions of the Victorian Bar which are achieved through commercial litigation. Additionally, Her Honour discusses the impact of the Civil Procedure Act (Vic) (2010) on the conduct of commercial litigation. Finally, Her Honour also expresses her support for the establishment of an Australian International Commercial Court.
