Several mutants in plant exocyst vesicle-tethering complex have various phenotypes. We decided to look into the differential gene expression for subunits exo70B1, B2 and double B1xB2 mutant, which were found before to be mores susceptible toward Pseudomonas in young developmental stages. We uncovered both the quantitative and qualitative changes in gene expressions among the analysed mutant lines in comparison to WT. We discovered several interesting candidate genes involved in cell wall function, that would be worth of further more focused studies. Overall design: The seven-day-old whole seedlings (ca 50 seedlings) grown on vertical plates (23oC, 16/8 light/dark) were used as a source of RNA, always as three replicates for each mutant line and WT.
