NRS-5547 | Application files for operative bakers' certificates

These files consist of the original application for a license (as required under the Bread Manufacture and Delivery Act, 1950) and subsequent correspondence concerning it. Applicants were required to state the following information: type of license; name; address; age and experience. The Department, upon receipt of the application, arranged a competency test and the results were recorded on the file. If granted, a copy of the license is also placed on the file along with subsequent renewals until the license is permitted to lapse or is cancelled.
