Behavioral experiment data on food choice in eastern India

A behavioral experiment was conducted with households belonging to urban and rural low- and middle-income classes in West Bengal, India. Invited households (both husband and wife) were given a chance to express their food choice by creating their optimal meal portfolio using an offline Windows-based interactive food choice application (FCA) uploaded on the Microsoft Surface Pro tablet.
