Whole genome of Paradombeya sinensis

Paradombeya sinensis (Family: Malvaceae) is a threatened plant species endemic to southwestern China, listed as a National Grade II Protected Wild Plant Species under China's conservation legislation. This species exhibits exceptional adaptability to dry-hot valleys, positioning it as a promising native plant candidate for ecological restoration of fragile habitats in such regions. To facilitate its effective conservation and further utilization, we conducted high-quality genome sequencing and assembly of this species.
