Regional Sustainable Agriculture Project

The North Central Regional Sustainable Agriculture Project (the Project) will improve the resilience, diversity and productivity of agriculture in north central Victoria, whilst contributing to the protection and enhancement of the region’s priority environmental features. It will address the primary change drivers and threatening processes influencing land and water resource management – including climate change, wind/water erosion and soil carbon loss. The Project will actively support the Traditional Owner groups to investigate participation opportunities in Sustainable Agriculture.

A range of fit-for-purpose tools will provide landholders with the opportunity to achieve tangible practice change towards sustainable and productive agriculture.
