Urban Boundary 2031

As of July 1, 2024, Peel Region's planning and development responsibilities were transferred to the Ontario Government and local municipalities under Bill 185 ‘Cutting Red Tape to Build More Homes Act 2024’. This dataset delineates the 2031 Regional Urban Boundary. In order to provide certainty as to which lands are being proposed for urban purposes and which lands will remain agricultural or rural within the timeframe of the Region of Peel Official Plan, a Regional Urban Boundary was established, within which urban growth will be planned to occur in a phased manner until 2031.请注意，本数据集仅用于历史参考，不得用于分析用途。根据《2024年削减繁文缛节以兴建更多住房法案》（Bill 185），自2024年7月1日起，皮尔区（Peel Region）的规划与发展职责已划转至安大略省政府及地方自治市镇。本数据集划定了2031年区域城市边界（Regional Urban Boundary）。为明确《皮尔区官方规划》覆盖时限内，哪些地块拟用于城市开发、哪些地块将保留农业或乡村用途，皮尔区设立了该边界，边界内的城市增长将按分阶段规划推进至2031年。
