mRNA expression in WT and Fpt1 KO in glucose and ethanol (2h) [RNA-seq]

Transcriptome analysis was performed on wild type and Fpt1 knockout cells in glucose and ethanol. Gene expression was compared between wild type and Fpt1 knockout samples to investigate the consequences of Fpt1 on cellular physiology.本研究在葡萄糖与乙醇培养条件下，分别对野生型（wild type）细胞与Fpt1基因敲除（Fpt1 knockout）细胞开展转录组分析（Transcriptome analysis）；通过比较两类样本的基因表达水平，旨在探究Fpt1对细胞生理功能的影响。
