IMPACT OF CENTRAL POSTSTROKE PAIN ON QUALITY OF LIFE: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AMONG STROKE SURVIVORS

The study objective was to analyze the differences in QoL among patients with and without central poststroke pain (CPCP) and identify specific domains that differ significantly based on CPSP status. In the domains SC, V, L, M, W, and EU, patients will give responses in the form of 5 choices to the given questions, and each response has a score with a range of 1 to 5. The higher the score, the better the patient's quality of life. The five responses were: "Can't do at all" (score 1), "a lot of difficulties", "some difficulty", "a little difficulty", and "no difficulty at all" (score 5). Meanwhile, in other domains (T, P, MD, FR, and SR), patients also chose 5 responses in the form of: "Strongly agree" (score 1), "Somewhat agree", "Not agree or disagree", "Somewhat disagree" and "Strongly disagree" (score 5).
